Hi,
Please refer the below example:
<span class="badge rounded-pill">
i class="fa fa-fw fa-star" aria-label="Opportunities"

</span>
The above code is from the addons where star icon is shown in the partner view in CRM module.
Add icon="fa-dollar" to the button in the form view.
