The data you’re looking for (component updates, additions, quantities, etc.) is stored in the ECO line records (linked to BoM changes). However, this information is not exposed via a standard report by default.

To achieve your requirement, you can:

• Create a custom QWeb report based on the Engineering Change Order model
• Fetch related BoM change lines (added/updated/removed components)
• Map required fields like product, quantity, and change type into the report

If you're using Odoo Studio, you might be able to expose some fields, but for a proper structured “Material Component Substitution” form, custom development is usually the best approach.
