Hi everybody,
I have a quotation and now I want to do a delivery note. I have read that there is an option "Delivery note" in Sales>Invoicing>Delivery note to bill but I doesn't appear this option, what can I do?

Many of your questions are really basic user workflow questions, but very difficult to answer, because these workflows can have many variants based on your configuration and the use cases you want to accomplish.
I recommend you to make yourself familiar with the user documentation
https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/9.0/
and Greg Moss' Book (although it is for version 8.0, it is truly helpful for a good understanding of how Odoo works)
