PANIDIS S.A. is a Greek industrial company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-quality components for aluminium systems, glass applications, and architectural hardware. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Thessaloniki, the company operates a vertically integrated production facility equipped with modern CNC machining centers, anodizing units, and electrostatic painting lines. With decades of experience and continuous investment in innovation, PANIDIS serves a broad network of customers in Greece and exports its products to more than 25 countries worldwide.
Before implementing Odoo, PANIDIS faced challenges in managing its growing operational complexity across sales, warehouse, and production activities. Several processes relied on fragmented systems and manual data entry, limiting visibility over stock levels and slowing down order processing. Communication between departments and the shopfloor often depended on informal workflows, making production coordination and inventory tracking more difficult and increasing the risk of delays or inconsistencies.
Dileanity implemented Odoo to centralize and streamline PANIDIS’s operations. The project included the integration of Odoo’s Sales, Inventory, Barcode, CRM, Manufacturing, Shopfloor, Project, and Quality modules, creating a unified platform that connects commercial operations, warehouse management, and production processes. The warehouse was organized with structured storage locations and barcode identification, while barcode scanners were introduced to support efficient picking and stock movements. On the production side, Odoo’s Manufacturing and Shopfloor modules enabled better visibility and coordination of production orders, while the Quality module supports structured quality checks across critical stages of the process. Additionally, the Project module provides improved planning and monitoring of internal operational activities. By digitizing workflows and enabling real-time data flow across departments, Odoo now provides PANIDIS with a scalable and reliable platform to support its continued growth.
