Há algum tempo atrás iniciamos esta aventura de criar acessórios originais e únicos!
Talvez a razão de existirmos seja a nossa característica de free-thinkers, em que olhamos para a estética dos nossos objectos fora dos padrões normais do sector.
Talvez, também, porque todo o nosso percurso e habilitações esteja associado ao espectro do design fora da área da moda e ao mundo do marketing, procuramos criações out of the box. O nosso processo é muito similar a um departamento de I&D de um atelier de alta costura. Procuramos a necessidade e a tendência, para posteriormente estabelecer o padrão de materiais, função e praticabilidade das nossas ideias. Assim passamos ao desenvolvimento da utilização de cores e da técnica handcraft que satisfaça o nosso gosto estético e os nossos elevados padrões de qualidade. Não estamos presos às técnicas de ourivesaria nem à street-art ou mesmo ao sector dos têxteis e curtumes, mas absorvemos como esponjas o que de melhor existe para atingirmos o efeito desejado. Daí o cordão, o algodão, o nylon, o sisal, a prata, a pedra, o enamel, o couro, a tinturaria, o vinil, a crivagem, a queima, a modelagem, a colagem, a relojoaria e uma palete cheia de influências que nos orgulhamos de usar, nunca antes de aprendermos com artesãos da especialidade - o que muito nos enriquece. Quanto mais madura a Être fica, mais importante fica o desígnio da transversalidade dos objectos criados e a criar por nós nos próximos tempos. Some time ago, we embarked on this adventure of creating original and unique accessories!
Perhaps the reason for our existence lies in our nature as free-thinkers, approaching the aesthetics of our pieces beyond the usual standards of the industry.
It might also be because our background and experience are rooted in the broader spectrum of design, outside the fashion and marketing world, which drives us to seek out-of-the-box creations. Our process is very similar to that of an R&D department in a haute couture atelier. We look for needs and trends, and from there, we define the standards for materials, functionality, and the practicality of our ideas. Then we move on to developing color usage and handcrafted techniques that align with our aesthetic preferences and high-quality standards.
We're not confined to traditional jewelry-making techniques, nor street art or the textile and leather industries. Instead, we absorb the best from all these fields like sponges to achieve the desired effect. That's why you'll find cords, cotton, nylon, sisal, silver, stone, enamel, leather, dyes, vinyl, engraving, burning, molding, gluing, watchmaking—and a whole palette of influences we're proud to use, always after learning from skilled artisans, which greatly enriches us.
