Infinity Engineering now InnvoativeTech Engineering partnered with RASCO Global Solutions to implement a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution, aligning advanced manufacturing operations with a unified digital backbone.
InnovativeTech Engineering is a specialized manufacturer of high-quality automotive components, delivering export-grade products through capabilities such as hot forging, precision machining, heat treatment, and advanced inspection and testing. The company also produces complex assemblies engineered for optimal performance. Its strong focus on innovation is supported by a skilled engineering team equipped with modern design tools for research and development, including CAD/CAM, CAE, reverse engineering, and rapid prototyping.
To support its growing operations and enhance process control, InnovativeTech Engineering engaged RASCO Global Solutions to deploy Odoo Enterprise across key functional areas.
The implemented solution covered:
- Accounting, including seamless FBR e-invoicing integration for compliance and real-time reporting
- CRM and Sales, enabling structured customer engagement and improved order management
- Purchase and Inventory, ensuring better procurement planning and stock visibility
- Manufacturing, streamlining production planning, work orders, and shop floor execution
- Human Resources, digitizing employee records and core HR processes
The implementation replaced fragmented systems with a centralized platform, enabling real-time visibility across departments and improving coordination between engineering, production, and commercial functions.
A key highlight of the project was aligning Odoo’s manufacturing capabilities with InnovativeTech Engineering’s complex production environment, including multi-stage processes such as forging, machining, and heat treatment. This resulted in improved production tracking, better resource utilization, and enhanced quality control.
