Als softwareconsultant analyseert Abstractive je uitdagingen, noden en huidige technologie om je strategisch ICT-advies te kunnen geven over je toekomst. We bepalen of je bedrijfssoftware geoptimaliseerd kan worden of dat je nood hebt aan een nieuw softwarepakket en adviseren je bij de keuze ervan. We kunnen je productiviteit verhogen door Odoo als all-in-one-oplossing aan te bieden. Als expert configureren we Odoo op maat van je bedrijf, ontwikkelen we bedrijfsspecifieke modules en integreren we Odoo met je andere softwarepakketen. JOIN Solutions successfully delivered a tailored Odoo implementation that went beyond standard configuration to meet the client’s unique operational needs. The project included advanced custom development, most notably a fully customized Customer Success Management (CSM) module to enhance customer lifecycle tracking and engagement. In addition, we implemented significant website and customer portal enhancements, enabling users to interact more dynamically with the system, including the ability to edit their Sales Orders and access real-time information. Across Helpdesk, CRM, and Sales, we introduced new computed fields and improved workflows to provide deeper insights, better tracking, and enhanced decision-making capabilities, along with integration of third-party landing pages to automatically reflect and generate Leads within the system.
On the HR and operations side, we developed customized validation rules for specific leave types within Time Off, as well as automated payroll batch (payslip) generation and approval workflows for contract changes to ensure governance and compliance. We also implemented automatic document mapping, linking key Sales data fields directly to the Documents module for structured document management and traceability. Furthermore, we deployed a wide range of automation rules to streamline business processes, including automatic reminders, system-triggered actions, and follow-up emails.
