Each catamaran is built as a standardised series hull, and once a unit is purchased, a custom interior is designed and fitted to the owner’s specification. As a young and growing operation, the company is building out its operational and financial management structure with a strong focus on transparent production, reliable cost tracking and clear management and investor reporting. To support this growth and bring both its series production and post-sale custom interior workflows onto one platform, Odoo will be implemented as the company’s central ERP system and replacing manual spreadsheets and fragmented tracking with a single integrated environment that connects purchasing, inventory, HR, project and cost-tracking, and finance processes. Combined with the Nula accounting integration, this structure provides management and investors with clearer, traceable, end-to-end visibility across daily operations, production progress, resource usage and costs.
