Avalloons, also known as Sempertex Europe, supplies professional customers throughout Europe with high-quality latex and foil balloons. From its Genk headquarters, the company combines a broad product range with training and support for balloon professionals, while the webshop plays a central role in the ordering process.
The Challenge
As the business expanded, the legacy ERP environment no longer matched operational needs. The system was technically outdated, lacked flexibility and forced employees to perform many manual tasks.
