Before Odoo: a Financial Operation 
That was Hard to Control

Before implementing Odoo, the main obstacle for Solutions 2 GO was managing local invoicing, a process that became more complex as the number of transactions and countries increased.

In their search for alternatives, they evaluated various options primarily aimed at addressing the critical issue of syncing sales data with the issuance of tax receipts in each country, without relying on manual processes, spreadsheets, or multiple disconnected systems.

Odoo becomes the central engine of the operation

 More organized operational management in Mexico: According to the manager, Byron Ranieri, one of the biggest changes was fully organizing the Mexican operation, consolidating information, financial movements, and sales data into a single system.

 Unified financial control: Thanks to the Invoicing and Finance modules, the company can now control everything sold through Mercado Libre and other marketplaces without relying on multiple systems or external reconciliations.

 Better financial reporting for all countries: Odoo allowed management to obtain reliable, comparable, and accessible financial reports, something that was previously difficult due to fragmented information across countries.

In terms of efficiency, the impact has been tangible:

Improved communication between Mexico and Canada: Adopting a single platform has improved coordination among teams in different offices, facilitating communication and operational follow-up.

Expense optimization by country: One of the most concrete benefits is the visibility of expenses in each country, enabled by marketplace-linked reports. Although it is still early to quantify savings, operational transparency has increased significantly.
