Odoo does not natively support bulk WhatsApp campaigns like it does for email or SMS. To send campaigns, you need an integration:

• Third-party connectors (e.g., Twilio, 360dialog, Gupshup) that link WhatsApp Business API with Odoo.
• Odoo App Store modules that add WhatsApp bulk messaging features into Marketing or CRM.
• Custom development to connect Odoo directly with the WhatsApp Business API.

Bulk messaging requires WhatsApp-approved templates and opt-in users to avoid account bans.
