Particularly in CRM, it would be very nice if links were clickable. This doesn't seem to work. We are using Odoo 12 community edition, latest trunk (20190820).
Any ideas? Is there a module we can install to get this?

I don't think I understand?
What I mean is when we paste links into "Internal Notes" in CRM, I'd like those to automatically show up as links. Is this possible?

Any other ideas? The issue is that specifically in the "internal notes" field, links are not created when pasted in.
