Quiero inhabilitar la licencia de un usuario que no estoy usando , al internar acceder desde la ruta Ajustes > usuarios y empresas > usuarios aparece el mensaje Operación no válida.
¿Cómo puedo dar de baja a un usuario?

Hi,
If you want to disable a user's license or deactivate a user, you can archive them.
To archive a user:
Settings app ‣ Users section ‣ Manage Users. Then,
1. Select the desired user.
2. Click on the 
Actions icon.
3. Choose 'Archive' from the drop-down menu that appears.
4. Confirm by clicking 'OK' on the Confirmation pop-up window.
