Automatic applications installation

Question

In which file / table do I update the new applications I have installed?
When I upload a new version to Production, I want the modules to be installed automatically without the need for manual intervention.
Is there such a thing?

Also you can set in the --addons_path and then use "-i module_name -d DB_name
