Habayta – Connection Is the Whole Story is an Israeli nonprofit organization co-led by Sephy Hoter that supports immigrants (olim) and strengthens Jewish-Israeli identity through community building, education, conversion programs, and aliyah encouragement. Established through the merger of two social organizations in 2019, Habayta operates dozens of communities across Israel, helping thousands of new immigrants integrate into society while preserving their cultural heritage. Through mentorship, social activities, educational initiatives, and practical support, the organization fosters a strong sense of belonging and connection, reflecting its guiding principle that meaningful human connection is the key to successful integration and community resilience.
