When i am printing customer invoice i am getting header and footer on each page.How do i restrict header to first page and footer to last page.Any idea?

For this first of all you have to mark Headers = False in your report xml file
after doing this you have to define your own header footer in your rml file
where to mark header = false? are you really able to print header only on the first page of an invoice in PDF?
