How do I set up a fixed price per customer? There is relation to the standard sale price.
This is used for a fixed visiting fee that is different per customer.

You can do that with pricelists, check out that functionality, in the e-books it is created hhow to manage pricelists
Base it on the standard public or cost price and use the formula:
New Price = Base Price * ( 1 + -1.0 ) + fixed price
This is the same as:
New Price = fixed price
