This tutorial is for local installation, even if you configured the below parameters there still PostgreSQL parameters to be configured.
db_host: the database host
db_port: the database port
db_user: the database user name
db_password: provide db user password

Hello,
Could you please clarify that what you mean is you want to install Odoo instance in Server 1 and the database in Server 2, which both of them is a different machine?
