For the past three years, I've been working closely with Odoo developers to bring consistent and scalable design to life across dozens of modules. My focus is on turning design ideas into reusable and developer-friendly building blocks.

As a developer team scale and development becomes increasingly decentralized, maintaining a consistent and coherent user experience across modules can be a real challenge.
In this session, we’ll explore how Odoo tackles this complexity while growing fast, with dozens of developers teams maintaining a large amount of modules and product scope.
We'll cover practical strategies and how you can apply them to stay consistent at scale :
- Reusing components through a shared, evolving design system,
- Relying on common UI/UX patterns and utility-first classes,
- Building with flexibility in mind while maintaining structure,
- How we review and polish UI when iterating on technical improvements,
- Cross-team collaboration around components and shared ownership,
By the end of this session, you'll have all the keys to better understand how you can implement seamless customizations on top of our UI.
