Hello, I’m Taha!
Born and raised in Morocco, I moved to Belgium at 12 and later learnd IT at the University of Liège. While studying, I started as a barista at Starbucks in the busy Calatrava train station, where I quickly discovered my passion for retail. This passion drove me to work my way up to Store Manager. With high foot traffic and many competitors, I learned that customer loyalty is key to boosting sales, turning daily commuters into regular customers.
After nearly four years, I transitioned to Delhaize supermarkets, where I faced the challenges of customer retention amidst inflation and outdated tools. Across my experiences in Morocco, Starbucks, and Delhaize, I’ve seen that customer loyalty is at the heart of successful retail.
Driven by the need to modernize retail solutions, I joined Odoo as a Business Analyst, focusing on helping small and medium-sized businesses adopt modern tools to boost sales and improve customer loyalty.
