Cosmos Yachting is a premier international yacht-charter company operating since 1987, with a fleet of sailing yachts, catamarans, and motor yachts across a dozen of the world's leading destinations including Greece, Croatia, Turkey, the Caribbean, and the Indian Ocean. A charter business is a customer-journey business: the quality of the inquiry, the booking, the handover, and the follow-up is the product, and the platform underneath has to be built for it. 

Cosmos Yachting runs and organises its sales on Odoo across CRM, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting, with the platform serving more than 11 companies across 4 countries and 6 currencies. The Sales side carries a custom-built quotation and sales workflow for yacht charter: charter-inquiry handling, destination-by-destination pricing, and yacht-by-yacht booking generation, all inside Odoo. EXN Middleware carries the connectivity to the industry charter databases MMK and Nausys for yacht information, booking inquiries, and live availability, with an offline-synchronisation pattern that keeps customer-facing search fast against a locally-cached model and reconciles in real time with the provider source-of-truth. The same middleware feeds Cosmos Yachting's network of satellite websites, pulling CMS content and yacht data from the Odoo repository so every site reads one operational truth. 

The result is one CRM, one custom Sales workflow, and one yacht-data repository feeding every customer-facing channel across every charter destination.
