ผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัทได้ใช้ระยะเวลาอีกกว่า 10 ปี ในการทำงานตำแหน่งผู้จัดการ IT ให้กับบริษัทแนวหน้าของประเทศไทย เพื่อรับทราบมุมมองการบริหารในฐานะผู้ใช้ระบบเทคโนโลยี จนทำให้รับทราบถึงมุมมองในฐานะลูกค้าของผู้ให้บริการ IT Solution ว่า บางครั้งเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยไม่ได้ตอบโจทย์กับทุกบริษัทเสมอไป ความต้องการในมุมมองของผู้ใช้งาน และประเภทของธุรกิจก็จำเป็นต้องพิจารณาเป็นส่วนสำคัญเช่นกัน
