Can product variant be applied to Ecommerce app? if yes how?

Hi,
Yes, you can.
Before everything, you need to enable the Variants and Options feature in the configuration menu. Then, create a few variants for one of your products and publish it on your website. Now, the product variants should appear on your product page.

Yes, you can.
Activate the Variants and Options from any of the below Apps
Sale-> Configuration->Variants and Options
Website->Configuration->Variants and Options
Inventory ->Configuration->Variants and Options
Once activated create the variant and set the price. For more details above variant, creation  Click Here. [1]
once you create the product and variant, it will list out on your website.
