Is it possible to send emails from the Discuss module?

Hello,
We use odoo 11 community.
We want to set up the company's internal email server in Odoo, That employees have their own personal email. How do I set this up?
Is it possible to send emails from the Discuss module? (I can't find a send button)

Hello Sana,
The email can be send from chatter box resides below the form view of any model.
Go to chatterbox -> Send message. Write something in text area and press button 'Send'. It will send an email to all followers of that particular record.
Please make sure you have configured outgoing server correctly.
