I needed some help, a lot of help....

I have a test base installed on odoo.sh, and was trying to updade some modules and my custom module. It turns out that I always have the same error and I can no longer identify where the field that the error refers to can be created or corrected, I will send below the errors and the prints of my code, remembering that the version of my odoo is 16. If anyone can help me I really appreciate it....
