When we post the job vacancies through recruitment app in odoo, The vacancies will be displayed under jobs field in odoo website. So When somebody apply to that job vacancy and can they check their application whether InProgress, ongoing, checked or something like this according to the changes from requitement app for each application?

No, by default Odoo does not let applicants check their application status (InProgress, ongoing, checked, etc.) on the website.
Quick solution:
Install a portal access module (e.g., "Job Application Status for Portal" from Odoo App Store) so applicants can log in and see real‑time status changes made from the recruitment app.
