hello
Scheduled server action is fine for mail and write record,
but does'nt work at all for Workflow ou Python expression
Can someone confirm this issue ?

WORKING Now !
one has to understand what is the SIGNAL event, it's used to synchronize event during workflow, not
to instanciate the workflow itself. So you can use send workflow signal to move a SO from draft state to done state
