Una idea simple, una reparación de un montacargas de una empresa de embutidos, llevó al fundador de la empresa, el señor David Ruiz, a pulir la idea de trabajar por cuenta propia para ofrecer el servicio de reparación, alquiler y venta de montacargas. Trabajó para una empresa de productos alimenticios durante 25 años por lo que ganó una cartera de clientes alta y recomendable, fue por medio de motivaciones de compañeros laborales y de su vida personal que inició sus primeros servicios desde el año 2005, formando día a día una mejora significativa que lo encaminaría al 03 de mayo del 2007, fecha en la cual se forma oficialmente la empresa “Montacargas Ruiz” ahora patentada dentro de Guatemala para poder operar independientemente para la satisfacción de los clientes.El ambiente laboral con el que se persiguen los objetivos es muy importante ya que estos determinaran si el personal es capaz de respetar la manera de laborar de la empresa al seguir sus valores y buenos modales, como cualquier hogar los valores son los que rigen y corrigen las acciones familiares así como les ayudan a desenvolverse dentro de la sociedad, para una filosofía empresarial es necesario plasmar valores que estén visibles dentro de la empresa no solo para que el personal lo reconozca si no para que todo cliente se sienta en confianza con qué tipo de empresa está teniendo un convenio, los valores deberán representarse desde el Gerente del negocio hasta el puesto más bajo de la jerarquía para que los objetivos se cumplan y los clientes empiecen a identificar la manera de trabajar de Montacargas Ruiz.
