I found nothing about the management of users access rights and recording rules.
Can someone help me regarding the best practices on this issue ?
Is there the rights matrix's model somewhere ?

It's quite a big subject. Maybe this can help you: User Access Groups and Record Rules
The standard user access groups are a good start, but you need to review them to see whether they match your requirements.
You can review the access rights for each model in the “Access Rights” tab:
You can also view the Access Rights (and Record Rules) for a user from a series of “Smart Buttons” on the User Profile.

I'm working on exports I made from V13 standard entreprise from access rights and recording rules for build a model I can duplicate for each project.
May be something exists already ?
