At the time, they were using a Shopify website for online sales and Excel spreadsheets to manage inventory, purchasing, and fulfilment — which led to time-consuming processes, frequent errors, and growing operational strain. 

 

Thoughtlogik implemented a complete Odoo solution on Odoo Online, covering all core operations from website and inventory to sales and barcode-enabled fulfilment.
