KORYX implemented a tailored Odoo solution to bring eDahab's core operational and financial processes onto a single, centrally managed platform. The primary focus was on integrating eDahab's external transaction systems with Odoo's accounting layer, ensuring that every transaction, whether processed automatically or handled through a controlled manual workflow, generates accurate, real-time accounting entries without manual intervention.

Both automated and manual transaction-processing workflows were configured in Odoo to reflect how eDahab's operations actually function, accommodating the hybrid nature of mobile money transactions across a multi-country network. Reconciliation between the mobile money system and the accounting records is handled systematically, significantly reducing discrepancies and the time spent on month-end financial close.

Beyond the financial core, procurement processes were customized end-to-end to align with eDahab's internal operational requirements, and the HR module was configured to support workforce management across the organization. Together, these capabilities give eDahab's management a clear, accurate view of financial performance, tighter operational control, and the governance structure needed to scale confidently across its regional footprint.
