Imam Sadr Foundation (ISF), a well-established NGO based in Tyre and Beirut, Lebanon, operates across multiple educational, healthcare, and social service sectors. The foundation encompasses various institutions, including schools, academies, childhood centers, and vocational training programs, playing a crucial role in community development. However, ISF faced challenges with their previous Odoo partner, leading to inefficiencies in personnel management, payroll, procurement, and document handling. To optimize operations and improve workflow, ISF partnered with Azkatech, an Odoo Gold Partner, to implement a tailored Odoo ERP solution. The system was deployed in multiple phases, starting with core HR functions such as employee management, attendance tracking, time-off requests, document management, surveys, and e-learning. The second phase covered payroll, accounting, procurement, and inventory management, ensuring financial and logistical efficiency. A later phase integrated POS, manufacturing, fleet management, and healthcare services. By centralizing operations into a unified platform, ISF now benefits from improved employee tracking, automated payroll processing, transparent financial reporting, and efficient resource allocation. The integration with Odoo’s mobile application further enhances accessibility for training and notifications. This digital transformation has enabled ISF to streamline internal processes, improve service delivery, and enhance its impact on the communities it serves.
