after create a second company on the same database, when I want to confirm sales odrder I got the following message " The requested operation ("read" on "Tax" (account.tax)) was rejected because of the following rules: - Tax multi-company"

check your taxes and taxes domain. company a-taxes belongs to that company? chart of account(of taxes, category?)?
I have checked them there is no mistakes
Did you create the Sale for "company A", and then add the product while logged in at "company B"
Looks like you logged in in one company and using taxes from another one.
You should double check the taxes in that sale, and in the product, just to make sure.
I have checked the taxes in both companies and assigned taxes to each company
also customer taxes for all product have been set on the new taxes for company B
