Almost all my products are set up like this:
- Product Type: Service
- Create on Order: Project & Task
- Project Template: Project-template
- Plan Services: checked and a service is selected

When confirming a SO a Project and Task is correctly created in the Project-app but I can't find them in the Field Service- or Planning-app.
