This is not recommended by Oddo and can lead to data loss or to the non-functioning of the entire database. The best thing to do is to make a backup and first test the uninstallation separately with the test-database. Otherwise you can probably only ask a specialist company who will do this for you, if the data is very important. Better to leave it installed if you don't really need to delete it.
