Hilal Al-Rafidain

In 2005, from a modest office in Al-Karkh, Hilal Al-Rafidain Company (HRINS) began its journey to become a leading internet service provider in Iraq. Initially serving Al-Karkh, HRINS rapidly expanded, opening a second branch in Al-Rusafa to cover Baghdad. By 2007, HRINS provided internet services to Wasit province, and in 2012, expanded to Al-Anbar. From 2015 onwards, HRINS extended services to Dhi Qar, Najaf, Karbala, and Salah al-Din, creating job opportunities for hundreds of Iraqi youth. Today, HRINS employs over 500 youths across provinces, with 50+ repeaters in Baghdad. Catering to startups, enterprises, corporations, and international institutions, HRINS offers stable, high-speed internet with advanced equipment and skilled Iraqi professionals.
