I using Odoo14,

I want to calculate teacher salary base on their teaching times and this will be applyng on course institue.

There are many courses, and each course have it category, private and regular.

The student charge for private category is 200 and regular category is 75,

a teacher can teach on many courses,

and teacher salary base the total student that they taught on each courses and it categories and then subtract it to 75%.

e.g:

if a teacher taught 3 student on private category and 2 student for regular category, the calculation should be (200*3) +(75*2) - 75%, so the teacher salary on the month will be 187.5. 
And it it can be different for each month, e.g: on November a teacher will teach 3 student on private category and 2 student for regular category, it could be different on December or January or other month, it can be 7 student on private category and 9 student for regular category.

so how to do that on Odoo Payroll?
should we custom it?, if so, what is the step that should I do to achive that?

Please any help, source or tutorial how to do that will be very appreciated :)
