Hi,
I tried to change my company name from my odoo community profile but its read only.
How can i change it ?

It is not allowed to add/change the company in the profile. If you want to do it, you will have to contact Odoo for that.
The following is the message is shown when you hover the cursor on the Company field:
"Changing company name is not allowed once document(s) have been issued for your account. Please contact us directly for this operation."
