Reply: Goto Odoo, Settings > Technical > Outgoing Mail Servers > Create the record and In place of your password you 
need to generate the password for the same. Then can you test your connection.
Follow the below step to Create Password.

- Login in to Your Gmail Account.

- And then Go to the Manage Your Google Account.

- Open the Security tab in the Sidebar.

- Then ensure you have turned on two steps verification.

- In App Passwords. Then select App as Mail and select device as others and give any name like Odoo.

- Then click on Generate button and copy the password and save it on Outgoing Mail Servers record.
