How to Track Serial Number Product Available Qty with UOM?
The below Steps configure
1) Currently Define Same Product with two different unit of measure and same Category.
2) Stock Physical Inventory same product added with two different uom, two serial no and qty based on UOM.
But in Default Openerp Serial No Based Product Available Qty [Available qty maintain single UOM based by factor] and also UOM Details not available in Serial No Screen.
How to customize Serial No Maintain Product Qty available with UOM?
A product has only one main uom, but you can define an extra one for e.g. sale.
Yes I know product has only one main uom we sell into different uom but doubt is in openerp Is it possible? To track the same product available qty based on Serial No with UOM? For Example 1) Product1 SN0001 40 units 2)Product1 SN0002 3 Dozens ?....
You can certainly receive them that way. However, in this case you could e.g. send 2 Dozen Product1 SN 001
