In Odoo there is a functionality to plan an activity like a call, email or a meeting that is attached to particular record (like a task inside a project or a opportunity in CRM). We can view them for example in calendar or in Odoo13 in scheduler view.
But when we mark an action as done it disappears from that views. It is only shown inside chatter below particular record as a note and that’s it.
It makes very hard to keep track of what calls and other activities were performed by a given user (or with particular client).
Is there some clean and simple way to keep track of this activities? Maybe unify them with meeting and put them on the bar on top? There is indication of how many meetings are planned or performed.
