I receive the product like raw materials in 3 steps
RAW: Receive in 3 steps (input + quality + stock)
lets say 200 units.
I need to return 20 units in a revers route
stock > quality > input

Hi Mohamed:
You will need to process a Return from each step in the reverse order stock > quality > input.
1. Process return from the last step (Internal transfer quality > stock) to move the stock back from stock > quality.
2. Process return from the 2nd last step (Internal transfer input > quality) to move the stock back from quality > input.
3. Process a return from the 1st step (Receipt) to move the stock back to the vendor via a Delivery Order (stock > vendor)

Not that I know of. The system does not provide a way of specifying rule criteria that are specific to returns.
Hi Paresh, let me know one thing, We have enabled 3 steps route,
200 qty validated and stored in WH/Input
Then another operation WH/Input -> WH/Quality Control
How we can check the quality?? If I install quality module and the quality team needs to reject some products, how can I return quantity?
Return Option available but,
First we need to validate WH->input to WH/Quality Control transfer right???
After validation system automatically called next operation WH/Quality Control > WH/Stock
If the process doing by different people then how they can get to know quality needs to return test failed product??
