I would like to use the module maintenance to follow the material of my company and more easily manage the service requests. The problem is that I do not receive no notification when an application just to be remove. By against when a change of state or a message on the spot I am well notified.

I make several test as being in the maintenance team, be the owner of the material, be technician of the hardware ... There is no fact I do not receive the notification for the creation of a request. During the creation I am well subscriber (as well as the user who made the request)

Do you have an idea for me to Unblock?
