Missing stock information in quotation / sales order

Question

I'm starting with v17 and I wonder where the stock informations are gone? In former versions (v15) there was a small icon (chart) displayed on the right of the quantity column and left to the units column. When clicked it displayed the available quantity and a forecast. The icon is now missing and I don't see how to get this in v17 back? Or is there something in the configuration that I miss?

On product, select product type as "Storable Product", after changing type, missing buttons related to stock information will be visible.

Strange enough, but all the products are storable products (Lagerfähiges Produkt)!
I updated the stock to 2 units, so the prognostic stock is 2, but I have already 5 units sold (in a sales order), that has no effect on the prognostic stock level. This should be -3! (in v15 it works fine).

For this you need to set your Product Type as *Storable Product*.

Have you set the product type to storable ​?
I think the chart icon will be showing when your product is storable, other than that will be hide by default.
