Hi I trie to find a way to use OpenERP V7 inside our company for the whole communication per e-mail with internal users as well as with external contacts (clients, supplierts etc.). Until now I could not find a suitable solution to communicate per mail with our customers because there is now possibility to do anything with my private e-mails in my Inbox. What I am looking for is:

• find a solution to make e-mails in my inbox related to a customer visible to other users
• find a solution to link each incoming personal email to one or several other objects in OpenERP such as Projects, Customers, etc, so a user in OpenERP who is opening eg. the customer-view or project-view can see all e-mails related to those objects

How do you work with those private E-Mails in V7? Maybe I miss something?
