How can I edit Pivot table row totals?

Question

Odoo 16 - I'd like to be able to edit the totals for rows on Pivot tables.  Perhaps add a second total that's customized.  How can I do this?
Example, you can see in the screenshot the total "Untaxed Total" to the right?
I'd like to add another column that was that total minus the total in the Deliveries column.  I can't find the code in Odoo to inherit that produces the totals though.

Hi,
Pivot row totals in Odoo 16 are computed automatically in the JS pivot model and are not editable database fields.
You cannot directly inherit or modify the row total column from Python because totals are generated dynamically from read_group() results.
To add a custom total (e.g., Untaxed Total − Deliveries), create a new computed (preferably stored) field in the model.
Add that computed field as a measure in the pivot view so it aggregates and shows its own row totals automatically.
