Fields from Qweb Reports suddenly moves from different position after comparing the generated report from version 17.4 to version 18.0

I tried to compare the xml form from different version but it was still the same; even the paper format of the report itself.

Some of the field stayed from the position, but most of the fields aren't.

There's no particular notes from the v18 update notes regarding on it, and it wasn't even my first time encountering it. As it also happens to me when I update from 17.2 to 17.4

Here's an example of shift, the red ones where in the v18.0 and the black is from v17.4

margin from the paper format isn't the issue since changing it may align the other field, but it misalign the others
