The equity accounts likely aren't showing in detail because:
1. Wrong Account Type - verify your equity accounts have type set to Equity in Chart of Accounts.
2. Report grouping - in the Balance Sheet report config, the Equity line may be set to "No Detail" instead of "By Account"
3. Unposted entries - draft moves won't appear; post them or use the "All Entries" filter
