Hi,

In the Module Project you need to change the code in the file project_view.xml and for that inherit the view.

<field colspan="4" name="members" widget="many2many_kanban">
 <kanban quick_create="false" create="true" >

Instead of you need to write like:

<field colspan="4" name="members" widget="many2many_kanban">
 <kanban quick_create="false" create="true" delete="true">
