Hi,
Seems you have installed or tried to install some third party app related to credit limit and that's why you are getting the issue. Try upgrading the module contain this field from the terminal to resolve the issue:  How To Upgrade Module From Terminal in Odoo [1]

But it's better to uninstall it to delete all the changes made by this module and revert the database to the state before installing this module!
Now that you can access the odoo UI you just have to restore the deleted module to the addons folder and uninstall it from the UI or from the command line.
